Finance and Administration Director (100%), On Site – Geneva: The Director of Finance and Administration implements and manages an ethical, efficient, and compliant resource control structure to enable IBJ’s field-based and head-office activities. More specifically, Director of Finance and Administration oversees end-to-end grant financial management, financial control and analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, human resource management, and reviewing operational performance. They ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations and guidelines and retain efficient and effective job flow in the finance department to uphold and build IBJ’s financial and administrative trust and credibility within the donor community.

China Program Officer: Working as a part-time employee for IBJ and providing day-to-day support for program implementation centered around the training of criminal defense lawyers. The Program Officer will conduct legal research, develop training materials and resources, collaborate with partners such as other NGOs, universities, government agencies, etc., assist with translation, and provide general support for report-writing, monitoring and evaluation of program objectives, and logistical troubleshooting.

Open Position – IBJ Geneva China Program Officer


China Program: Technology Associate: Working as a part-time employee for IBJ in our head office in Geneva. A remote position could also be considered for the right candidate. The Technology Associate will provide technological support for all of our China programs including our various web-based platforms of training resources for criminal defense lawyers, our digital rights awareness products, and our live virtual trainings.
