Thandeka, 25, is a Zimbabwean who worked in collaboration with a lawyer to give free legal assistance to children summoned to the Rotten Row High Court in Harare. She aimed to act as a referral pathway between different professions involved in the legal process (police, prosecutors, and magistrates) to facilitate collaboration and the spread of information. She accomplished organizing meetings with the Zimbabwe Republic Police and Ministry of Justice, and conducting home visits for recently released child detainees.
