The Innovation: “KAPAS: Addressing Gender-Based Violence Through Legal Empowerment and Access to Clean Water in Bali”

Based in Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, Ni’s project aims to create sustainable impact in the prevention and management of gender-based violence in Bali, as well as empowering the community to support and protect women’s rights. The initiative will contribute to reducing the prevalence of gender-based violence in Bali by strengthening the protection and support system for women. It will also increase awareness and education by forming a more inclusive and aware culture of gender equality through sustainable education and advocacy. Lastly, it will strengthen institutional capacity by creating a more effective and integrated advocacy and support system at the local level, including improving the skills and knowledge of stakeholders in handling gender-based violence.
