The Innovation: “Improving Access for Women in Conflict with the Law in Batam City”

Based in Batam City, Nofita’s project aims to ensure that all citizens are aware of their legal rights. More specifically, the goal is to ensure that women in remote locations across the Riau Islands have access to legal assistance. This will be achieved by providing direct legal aid and assistance to women in conflict with the law, while also providing legal consultations to detainees.
